My stay at Embassy Suites in Bogota had its ups and downs. The location was excellent, surrounded by great dining options, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. However, I faced issues with the minibar charge during checkout which left a sour note. Overall, a decent hotel but some service aspects need improvement.
